Are you still single? How do you feel about it? Do you want to be in a loving relationship or do you want others to stop bothering you about it? Maybe you want both. This is all quite understandable. As beings who have a desire to love and be loved, it is natural to want to have someone close in our lives. But at the same time it can also create a lot of pressure from the outside world as well as within us.

As much as it feels like simply the matter of meeting someone, the true work really begins from within. And it doesn't end there either. In order to attract a healthy loving relationship, we first must learn to be comfortable with who we are as we are. Why is it so important? Because lack of this precious and valuable inner comfort creates desperation and negative cynicism about one's own singlehood. I have had many clients come to me feeling frustrated about not being able to find a valid mate. Not that their expectations were too high, most people have a tendency to want to meet someone on their level, their level of desperation and frustration was ironically the very thing that kept them alone.

When you're feeling desperate or frustrated with your status, your mind is disconnected from your true being, making it very difficult for a potential partner to really get to know YOU. I know how challenging it can be to let go of all the expectations and disappointments, but as a personal life coach I am prepared to walk you through this amazing process and help you see the bright side of your experience no matter how frustrating it may seem to you at any given moment.
